BERKELEY, CA, NOV. 13, 2002 -- Virtus Energy Research Associates and PowerLight Corporation announced today that the companies have entered into a strategic distribution agreement in Texas. Virtus Energy will become PowerLight's representative in the Lone Star State for the sale of large-scale solar electric systems.
“Virtus Energy is pleased to represent PowerLight's leading commercial-scale solar products in Texas,” said Virtus Energy President Mike Sloan. “We're excited that they're joining us in pursuing the vision of putting on-site solar generation on every roof and parking lot in the State.”
